Arlene Anthony passed away with her family by her side on Monday December 26, 2016.
Arlene lived a full life. She was born in March 1940 in Billings, MT.
She met and fell in love with Newton Anthony. They married in 1959 and soon started their family of 6 children. She was known for her love, for her family and strong spirit. She was a devoted daughter, sister, wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother.
Arlene enjoyed raising her family and working throughout the years. There were many great family adventures; one of her favorites were camping and fishing at White Sulphur Springs. Her interests included family, flower gardening and reading. She loved tending to her roses, yard and her horse.
Arlene was a very determined woman. She could accomplish most any task she set her mind to . She continued to live independently throughout her life.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Newton Anthony, her parents, Bud and Amy Bracken, brother-in-law Sterling and a great granddaughter.
She is survived by her 3 brothers Bill (Jan), Bob (Mel), Gary (Carla), 1 sister Dixie (Sterling), 6 children Stewart (Kim), Nickie (Ralph), Joseph( Deanna), Brad (Debbie), Theresa (Steve), Robin (Jeff), 16 grandchildren, 25 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
Mom you will be missed greatly here on earth but forever in our hearts!
A memorial service will be held 11:00am Thursday January 12th at the American Lutheran Church.
