Mr. Cesar “Chino” Angelo Arceo, 58, of Billings, Montana passed away on Tuesday, June 9, 2020 after suffering complications from a stroke.

Chino was born to Cesar Sol. and Aguida “Aida” Caperina Arceo on March 24, 1962 in Manila, Philippines. He moved to the United States with his family in 1975 and grew up in West Orange, New Jersey. Chino graduated from West Orange High School in 1980. In March 1982, Chino married Victoria “Vicki” Cruz, and in 1987, Chino and Vicki moved to the DC-metro area. Over the course of their marriage, they had five children and divorced in 2008.

Chino spent most of his career in the financial industry. He was not a fan of commuting in D.C. traffic and moved to Billings, Montana in the later part of his life to pursue easy-living and reunite with the love of his life, Wendy Stoick. They married in 2010 and spent many nights enjoying the Montana skies from their porch.

Chino loved a good barbeque especially when he was the grill master. He also enjoyed tinkering with machines like cars and computers. Chino was larger than life; his laughter filled a room, and he wasn’t afraid to share his opinion. Chino was well-known in his Billings community. He joyfully helped neighbors and was a friend to many.

Chino is survived by his ex-wife: Vicki; five children: Celso Arceo (Sarah Arceo), Cristina Arceo, Catherine Arceo (Ray Mattison), Victor Arceo, and Vincent Arceo; mother, Aida; two sisters: Dulce Arceo and Celia Arceo (Raul Andeza); niece, McRae “Mackie” Arceo; and 8 grandchildren: Nick Price, Angie Neil, Liam Richey, Lucas Arceo, Oliver Arceo, Milo Mattison, Kalen Mattison, and Rylan Mattison as well as numerous cousins, uncles, and aunts. He is predeceased by his beloved wife, Wendy and father, Cesar Sol. Arceo.

Cesar will be cremated at Cremation Funeral & Gallery. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, a celebration of life will take place at a later time.
