BILL Heights Family

Chase James Blaylock was taken home to heaven on September 10, 2015. He was born to James and Bernadette Blaylock on October 17,1982, in Billings.

He was zealous about his cars and spent countless hours perfecting them. Chase took great pride in each and every project. He had a love for motor sports, jet skiing, music, dogs and unique animals.

Chase was fortunate to come from a large loving family that he held dear to his heart. Sometimes best friends are like family, and sometimes you are blessed to have some of your friends as part of your family, like he did.

Chase’s charismatic personality enabled him to make a genuine connection with everyone who crossed his path. He had numerous friends from all walks of life.

He graduated from Billings Central High in 2001. From there he worked in car sales, bartended at Gordy’s, was an Animal Control Officer, and most recently a Realtor and Head of Security at Hooligans and Brew Pub.

Chase is reuniting with his Grandpa Joe Steffes, Grandpa and Grandma Blaylock, Uncle Sonny, Aunt Josie, and Cousin Lance Vanderpan. He is survived by his parents and Sister Audry (Bo) Bourne, Grandma Arlene Steffes and Grandma Molly Steffes. Deb (Dewey) Allen, Brenda (Steve) Zimmerer, Stephanie Stanek Fischer, Marty (Margaret) Steffes, Tiffani Moe Sherman (Dexter), Troy (Kerri) Steffes. Uncles Charlie, Thomas, Donald (Judy), Dee (Judy). His cherished Aunt Martha (Lindsey), along with Rosie, Estelle, Anna Jane, Sarah (Willie), and Betty. Numerous sibling-like cousins, countless friends, the love of his life Shondelle Geiss, dear friend Christy Dworshak, and his Doberman Royal.

Chase’s faith was evident by his ever present cross around his neck. He had a strong relationship with God which is comforting to those he left behind.
