Harold LeRoy Buerkley passed away peacefully at the age of 69 on December 2nd, 2016 after fighting a rare disease. He was surrounded by his loving family that would have done anything in their power to help him just as he would for any of them. Harold was born to Walter Harold Buerkley and Dorothy Mae Loss on December 16, 1946 in Billings, Montana. After serving in the Navy he had a successful construction career and later retired in Yellowtail, MT.
Harold loved his family and spending time with them in the great outdoors. He was passionate about fishing and hunting as much as he possibly could. He loved to garden and tell so many wonderful stories about his wild adventures. He was so proud of all of his kids and they were the light of his life. He was a loving husband, an amazing father and the best papa that ever lived.
He was preceded in death by his father and mother. He leaves behind his loving wife of 45 years Linda, sons Travis (Rhonda) and Trevor, daughter Shylain Harper (Chris), grandchildren Brenton, Brayden and Brookelynn Buerkley, Boady and Brystal Harper as well as his brother Clyde.
He will be missed thoroughly by all of them!
