Connie Simonton Carpani, age 69 of Billings, passed away peacefully at her home surrounded by family and a bright ray of sunshine on the morning of June 10, 2016. She fought a brave courageous battle for two years but cancer finally won the war.

Connie is survived by her husband John of 30 years, son Adam Carpani (Ginger, Wyatt and Cado) of Miles City, MT; brothers Richard (LaNette, Eric and Mark) of Glendive, MT, Jim (Karon, Scott and Jason) of Roosevelt, UT; step-sister Corrine Hood; step-brothers Mickey Flynn and Rob Flynn; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Preceded in death by her parents, and sister, Mary Kay.
Connie will always be remembered for her hard work and “tell it like it is” attitude. There will be a Mass on July 9, 2016 at 10:00am at St. Pius X Catholic Church in Billings, with her ashes being placed in the Red Lodge cemetery immediately after the Mass.
The family would like to extend their heartfelt appreciation to sister-in-law Dolly, friends Jackie and Kim, Mitzi, the staff at Riverstone Hospice Center, and the staff at St. Vincent Frontier Cancer Center.
