LaVonne Banta Donahue, 84, of Billings passed away peacefully Wednesday March 16th with her family by her side.
LaVonne was born April 15, 1931 in Twin Brooks, South Dakota to Oscar and Alice (Hanson) Sieveke.
LaVonne was married on October 8, 1949 to Wesley H. Banta Jr. and with this union they had two children.
LaVonne later married her high school sweet heart Bernard Donahue on February 4, 1995.
Lavonne was an animal lover and enjoyed gardening but most of all she adored her family.
LaVonne is survived by her children Susan Tyler of Helena and Marla Cowan of Billings; her grandson Bradley Cowan of Billings; granddaughter Amanda Tyler of Helena; great-grandson Byron Cowan of Billings and Caleb Daigle of LA. She also leaves behind her siblings Ardell Fuquay of Richland, WA Marlene Hill and Wayne Sieveke of Spokane, WA and Kaye Edwards of Tuscan, AZ.
A private family gathering will be held at a later date.
