Michael Allan Erhart, Sr., 64, of Billings passed away Saturday April 20, 2019 in Billings. He was born January 20, 1955 in Hamilton, MT to Adam and Diana Erhart. He attended school in Riverton, WY until his junior year in high school. At that time he moved to Spokane, WA where he lived with his Uncle Florian and his Aunt Marlyce Erhart and family until he graduated high school. After graduation, he moved to Plentywood, MT to work in the oil fields. He met the love of his life, Nadine Gunerson, and they married July 19, 1975. Together they had three children, Racquel (David), Michelle (Tom) and Michael, Jr. He also helped raise his stepson Chad.
Michael was a hard worker, mostly working in the oil industry. He became disabled in 2000. He enjoyed fishing, boating, restoring his ’66 Buick Riviera, and spending time with his grandchildren and great grandchildren. He was looking forward to meeting his newest grandson in August.
Michael is survived by his loving wife, his 4 children, 12 grandchildren, 2 great-granddaughters, 4 brothers, 2 sisters, and numerous extended family.
He is preceded in death by his parents; son-in-law David; 3 brothers-in-law; mother-in law; and father-in-law.
Memorial Services will be held 1:00 PM Friday May 3, 2019 at Cremation & Funeral Gallery with graveside services to follow at Mountview Cemetery.
