Hazel I. (Enger) Hansen, 91, of Billings went to Jesus during the night of Saturday April 13, 2019.

She was born July 21, 1927 to Henry and Inga Enger in Barnesville, MN.

She married Wendell F. Hansen on Oct. 28, 1949 in Moorhead, MN and moved to Billings the day after the marriage.

She worked in the restaurant business first as a waitress and then as a breakfast cook for 32 years.

A few years after retirement at 62 she decided she needed something to do and worked for Walmart until she was 84.

Her greatest enjoyment was her family.

In her spare time she loved reading and crocheting.

Survivors include her two daughters; Ilene (Dale) Leuenberger of Sun City West, AZ; Shirley (Richard) Weinberger of Billings; 5 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren; 3 sisters and 2 brothers.

Hazel has been preceded in death by her husband, her parents, one sister and one brother.

We would like to thank Primrose for the excellent care of Hazel during her last few years. The staff are the most compassionate, loving individuals and treated her like family.

Funeral service will be at 11am Friday April 19, at Cremation and Funeral Gallery, 29 Eighth St. W. Interment will follow at Sunset Memorial Gardens.

Memorials are suggested to Stillwater Hospice of Montana.
