Peggy J. Jackson
1942 – 2019
Peggy Jackson was born in Billings, MT to Leroy and Maxine Baker on September 2, 1942, and she received her wings to heaven on January 22, 2019 at the age of 76.
Her early years she was raised in Laurel, MT, and then her family moved to Park City, MT, where they purchased a farm. She graduated from Park City High School. Peggy wore many hats in her lifetime, working at Park City High School, Gainan’s Floral, and the restaurant union hall as a secretary. She had her own restaurant in Glenrock, Wyoming. Ending her career, Peggy was the lunch clerk at Boulder School.
Peggy had the biggest heart and loved everyone dearly. Peggy was blessed with a huge family that loved her and will miss her dearly. Her daughter Jana, her husband Jeff, and their children Joshua and Sarah Toavs, Jeremiah and Kaitlyn Toavs, Jerod and Brittney Toavs, and Jordan Toavs. Her son Doug, and his daughter Jacqui and JJ Morin. Her son Noah Jackson. She also had 7 great-grandchildren: Jeidalynn and Joey Morin; Kasen, Ellie, and Easton Toavs; Harlow and Tuff Toavs.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Leroy and Maxine; brother James Baker; and sister Janet Lowery.
She is also survived by her sister Pat Leikam and her brother Tom (Ardi) Baker. She leaves behind many nieces, nephews, and cousins that she loved dearly.
Upon her wishes, Peggy’s family will gather in the summer to have a Red Solo Cup party in her honor.
