Mina McMullin, our angel on Earth, returned  peacefully to her heavenly home on August 3, 2018.  Mina lived her last months under the loving care of the staff at Butterfly Homes, & Hospice.  She was a lifelong Montana resident.

Mina was born January 28, 1931 at her family home in Shepherd, MT.  When she was a young woman, she met her loving husband, Patrick.  They bought a home in Billings, MT, where they raised their 5 children.

Mina was a homemaker at heart, she enjoyed baking & canning, and spending time with her family and friends.  She made many pictures out of needlework, which are kept as family heirlooms.  She also loved to do puzzles and crosswords.   Mina especially loved playing Scrabble with her grandson, Cody McMullin, and having the loving company of Craig Dorrance for many years.  Her little dog Boomer was a very loyal canine friend, and she was always smiling when she saw him.  Mina also enjoyed watching baseball, and she loved to be outdoors.  She enjoyed fishing and camping, and went as often as possible with her family.

A special thank you goes to the ‘Westcoast Girls’ for their unconditional love and support.  Mina thought the world of you, and was always thankful for time with you.

Mina was an active member in her church, and was a friend to all that she met.  It goes without saying, how much she is loved and how dearly she will be missed.  Though this is the end of her life here with us on Earth, it is the beginning of her new life in heaven.  We can only imagine the beautiful reunion she has with her husband, parents, and children as she enters the gates of eternity in the presence of her Lord and savior.

Mina is preceded in death by her parents, her 3 sons; Michael G. McMullin, Roger P. McMullin, and Darrel L. McMullin; her daughter Deanna Dorrance; and her adoring husband Patrick H. McMullin.

Mina is survived by her son, George McMullin (Jackie) whom never left her side and did everything he could to keep her happy, healthy, and loved since the day he was born.  The bond between them is unbreakable.  She is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.

The family would also like to thank Compassus Hospice for their care.  Memorials in Mina’s name may be sent to Compassus Hospice (2110 Overland Ave. Ste. 111, Billings, MT 59102).

A memorial service will be held 11 am Friday, August 10 at Cremation & Funeral Gallery, 29 8th St. W. in Billings.  A small reception will follow.  Private family inurnment will follow at a later date.  Arrangements by Cremation & Funeral Gallery.
